RIP ICQ, PROOF, CAT FACES

Tonight I decided to take a little trip back to the land of ICQ. as you can see not one single person was online. i read my old info though which was obviously a quote from a song, which was the style at the time. i read fud's info aswell, (also a song quote) but not only did she have a song quote. she had this =^..^=. HAHA

i looked up a few other people (eg. rob and sarah) but they were boring and had no song lyrics or cat faces.

my favorite one by far was my friend tashas which said " JEN NICHOLE ALEX U GIRLZ R FUN TIMES WAITING TO BE LET LOOSE..LUV YA"

the weirdest part of this is that i rememberd my icq number completly. i don't think i've been on icq for about 4-5 years and i remembered the full number.

as a throw back to icq times i also have been listening to D12 tonight and fell in love again with rapper 'Bizarre' who in 'Purple Pills' says the line 'shut your mouth you dirty slut you know you like it in the butt'

It's my nails, and i'll cry if I want to.

So today I get my nails done for the first time in 3 weeks (you're supposed to get them done every 2) because I haven't had money. I was spending 30 of my last 50 bucks to get them done because they were all breaking off. Usually my nail lady will put on new tips so they can be nice and long, but today she decided not to. On top of that, she kept filing them down more and more and more and more so now not only are my finger tips raw from having the skin filed down, my nails are super short. Like boy short. To most people this wouldn't seem like a big deal, but recently I have gone off the pill - this does indeed fuck with your hormones and make you go to the bathroom of your nail salon and cry because your nails are too short. I'm a fucking wacko. I'm still pretty mad though. They are like perfect squares they are so short. When I wave my finger I am a boring girl waving her finger instead of a sassy babe waving her finger. oh man.

Upside of today, Matt took into consideration my devastating morning and took me on a fun date night. We got A&W and went to 'beaver lake' where we sat and ate it. I got attacked by a blue heron. Then we went to St.Joesph's Oratory (a giant church that has a museum inside) and walked around. We saw the rooms of people lighting candles and praying and I did the sign of the cross after dipping my hand in the holy water (st.francis xavier days back in action), we also saw the man who made the oratory's heart in a box. morbid.

then we had dq. i had fudge and skor pieces.

i also discovered today that I am going to be in debt for the next 4 paychecks. as you can imagine, i also overreacted to that in another fit of crying and an accidental breaking of our espresso machine.

i need to get some fucking chemically made hormones pumped in my body stat.

sidenote. i think stan lee is in my top 5 list of people who i want to delve into their brain.

other sidenote. i love shia labeouf. like weird highschool crush.

last note. jeff bridges is aging better then i thought he would. fantastic.

i just tried some basic hip hop moves from a video on youtube and either i'm out of horribly out of shape or i am NOT good at hip hop. trying to keep up with that video just brought back dance class feelings of inadequacy.

So i'm not sure about the colour scheme on here. I think i might go back to normal.

Today started bad but then got good. It started by saying goodbye to Clinton, Gob, Becky and Fud which made me way more sad then I thought I would be. Then I had to work with the bosses wife all day who makes me do the worst jobs ever and got me in trouble for not putting the bottles of snapple in a more appealing colour order. (?) But then it got good because Matt picked me up from work (yay for cars) and took me to Lachine Canal to the lighthouse where there is a Dairy Queen that is old school style. It reminded of of Brockville big time and was so pretty. We also took a tour around Westmount because I haven't been up there much and looked at all the rich people houses. We saw Tommy Hilfigers house - it's ridiculous.rich people piss me off. except the ones who start really poor and work hard for it. like p.diddy. or jewel. i looked up p diddy and jewel not expecting much, but apparently they have met, enjoyed eachother and had a picture taken. maybe they knew i had a blog. thanks guys.

iron chef is going into repeats big time. I watched iron chef with fud, becky and lora last night and it was nice sharing it with other people. This weekend put me in summer mode to the max and I want to talk around in the sun all the time now.

i made a big jug of green tea tonight and am going to eat it. i'm actually going to stop eating ice cream everyday starting tomorrow. and when i eat salads at work i'm not going to drench them in ceaser dressing.

The secret ingredient tonight on Iron Chef is peanuts and there is a canadian chef battling bobby flay. she's really annoying though, so even though she is canadian - i'm rooting for flay.
today was a pretty medium level day.

bad parts of day:
-i burnt the fuck out of my middle finger (right hand)
-forgot my 3 dollars worth of tips at work (thats the most i've ever made by far)
-worked with yossi's bitchy wife at the times when it was dead and then had to work alone when it was busy
-parc and sherbrooke buses were behind and it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get home from work.

the good parts of today:
-FUD AND BECKY ARE COMING TOMORROW!
-i found out I have tomorrow off
-my sink is fixed and no longer spewing out brown egg smelling chunk water
-the secret ingredient on iron chef is peanuts
-matt passed his driving lessons with a very high grade (=drivers license = me getting rides places = fun fun road trips)
-FUD AND BECKY ARE COMING TOMORROW!
